1st Annual SRT4mation Camping Extravaganza - rescheduled for 2006

Details for the 1st Annual SRT4mation Camping Extravaganza
***PLEASE READ THE WHOLE POST, THANKS****
When: TBD 2006 - Sometime between Memorial Day and Labor Day
Where: Kittatinny Campgrounds, Barryville NY
Cost: $100 per person for the weekend (may change for 2006)
What $100/pp gets you: Camping, river trip, food & drinks
What you'll need for the weekend:
Tent with tent stakes and tarp for under tent
Sleeping bag or bed roll
Air mattress and pillows with blankets
Sleep in you car instead of the above
Day Clothing - Jeans, shorts, shirts, sweatshirts, jackets/sweaters, socks
Night clothing - sweatpants/sweatshirts, warm pajamas, socks
Bathing suit for River trip (weather depending)
Sneakers, boots, sandles, water shoes for River trip
Towels for showers
Soap/Shampoo
Toothpaste w/toothbrush
Bright flashlight(s)
Lanterns
Cooler - if you plan on bringing your own special food/drinks
What is "officially" not allowed at the campgrounds:
Illegial substances - you all know what this means
Glass (bottles, glasses, etc)
Axes, machetes, hatchets
Very large fires - they provide fire rings which are sufficient for campfires
***Tentative Dining Menu and Times***
Breakfast 7-9am:
Eggs, French toast, breakfast sausage, bacon, bagels, cream cheese, butter, donuts, cereal
Lunch 12-2pm: Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Hot dogs, all with Potato buns/rolls, Chicken, Potato salad, beans, garden salad and dressings
Dinner 6-8pm: Steak, sausage sandwiches, BBQ chicken, corn, garden salad, dinner rolls, sliced potatoes, hamburgers, hot dogs
Beverages:
Assorted soda, canned beer, bottled water, Gatorade/Powerade, Coffee, Milk, Orange Juice, Hot Tea, Hot Chocolate
Dessert/Snacks:
Assorted cookies, donuts, Hozay's Smores, peanuts, assorted potatoe chips and pretzels

FRIDAY
Now the plan is to arrive on Friday in the afternoon. Since I will be taking the day off of work, I am more than willing to lead a convoy to the campgrounds. I would like to get there before 3pm so that we can set everything up in the daylight and have dinner ready for those arriving later on. All others will need to deal with the Friday traffic and the darkness.
SATURDAY
The river trip would be planned for Saturday. So we'll need to adjust the daily dining times around the trip. The trip can take us anywhere from 4 to 6 hours depending on how much we mess around on the river
SUNDAY
We would be leaving on Sunday around 12:00pm'ish (maybe later depending on the campground staff). Breakfast and lunch will be served for those sticking around. No to go orders
SPECIAL NOTE
I would like for everyone to lend a helping hand and offer up bringing anything they feel will add to the 1st Annual SRT4mation Camping Extravaganza. Also, please be so kind and clean up after yourselves.
The camping staff patrols the areas to make sure that things are inline, so let's not get too rowdy or else we'll be asked to leave without a refund and then you'll need to answer to Hozay
