[E-Police CA]

This is the first post of the “Law Enforcement Question & Answer Section”. This section is being created because of the many questions regarding Tickets & Law Enforcement Officers. I’ve been a Deputy Sheriff in California for approximately 8 years. I’ve worked in Jails, Courts and Patrol. If you have any questions regarding Cites or Law in general I’ll be glad to help. I am currently recruiting additional “E-Police” reps for NY, NJ, PA and FL. If you’re a Sworn Officer in any state hit me up via PM.

As a current “Non Stock” SRT owner I understand how we (Yes I said we) are viewed by Law Enforcement. Most of the time we are generalized as Street Racers and treated as such. I also get pulled over sometimes rightfully so and other times not. It is my intention that we can learn from the mistakes of members and officers. If we can Learn how to Fly under the Radar our driving experiences will be much more pleasurable.....EP

The main reason I am NOT adding Rims or lowering the car is fear of being pulled over and being sent to the referee station, which would basically screw me.


I am 34 years old and have a wife and 4 kids, however I still enjoy building and racing cars, on the track mainly. I am looking forward to all the info this thread will hopefully provide to US enthusiasts, PoPo included!

FOR SOME REASON I DONT FEEL LIKE SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT US RACING. shit caps owned me again but u should tell the norwalk station to lay off of us at the santa fe meet. all we do is chill and they kick us out at like 9:30 because of the stupid honda guys.

Those Honda boys :vtec: ... I suggest finding another good site and when a cop rolls through introduce yourself. Tell him how the Honda boys screwed up your action. He'll be skeptical at first and think you're full of crap. Acknowledge him with a head nod or a thumbsup in the following weeks to come. Make sure no one gets stupid by doing burnouts in the P-Lot or playing music loud and the cop will be cool with ya. It wouldn't hurt to send him hunting after the Honda boys either :lol:... Thats what the guys I dealt with did....

Seriously Esteban, you just have to be cool. When I went to pickup Derrin from the checkpoint he got stopped at, I stood in the light, with my hands in plain sight and just looked over at the police until one of them asked if there was something they could help me with. (15 minutes)

You have to understand that they are sent to work in prison as a guard first, so they get to see what type of people they will be dealing with (mainly). Everyone gets put into that category until you show them you are one of the good guys. It is all self preservation, they have families just like we do and want to make it home to see them.

I should add that most cities have residents that complain about street racing and loud music. The Deps are most likely responding to complaints however most people think they just picked them out. Trust me it's more fun to Look for Dope, Thugs and Guns... Call the station to find out about what areas their getting complaints in. Ask the Deps if they have any suggestions re: locations to meet. They'll usually have a brain fart during this question "WTF". However since their tape recorded they'll prob give an answer.

Maybe he's just responding accordingly because so many Officers have been killed this year. It a dangerous job. If you don't have the jump on someone you're dead. Every officer operates or functions on Threat Assessment. That's judging the threats around you. That's why some guys are so intense :Eyecrazy: . I notice this more in guys that didn't grow up in the hood. It's more natural for me to assess a threat growing up in Compton than it is for someone who grew up in Manhattan Beach....

honestly though....during the raids....im one of the last people to leave, i see no point in trying to haul ass out of the parking lot with 30 other cars trying to all fit out of one exit...no point in getting hit by a bunch of civics...
so obviously im the one they come up and talk to after everyone leaves...most of the time there cool...but occasionally i run into the ones that know my car and my friends car and they become assholes....which since that is what i see most cops acting like, that pretty much forms my opinion of the majority of police officers

but most of the time there just confused that im out there in a jeep

trust me...i know there cars....i got pulled by a maruader a couple monthes ago...and ive seen the majority of what they got....but im not really worried about there cars because i tend not to be involved in racing in traffic...im more partial to the back streets....no houses...no people...no cops...no traffic....just some fun for a couple hours

yay me too, i really dont do it in traffic cuz thats kinda dumb. but yea there are no tracks around here besides irwindale and that is a cock tease. if you really want to stop it make a track thats open once or twice a week and thats all i have to say about that.
