Hey. Met a couple of folks last night over in Jersey, and was asked to join. I don't have an SRT-4, but I have an 01 ES with a Magnum transplant, and I saved a load of money by not switching to Geico.. If anyone from the .org is here they'll know me...

Somewhat current pics of the beast....

Welcome to the site man, contrary to popular belief i dont hate neons thats just what it looks like. You'll find this site to be a very good resource for many things not only performacne questions, but laughs (ref. warstories section) and comradery.

now a question
Those are the brake pads i was looking for, well you have the shoes. Ebc green stuff, couldnt remember the damn name. Their carbon fibers right? Nice mods man Wish my engine bay looked like that. Just a shot in the dark but, by chance do you remember where you got those shoes from? Was it online? Imma google it im just too lazy so if you bought from a shop n/m.

Anyways enjoy the site man, all the mods and administrators are cool pm them if you need help or have ???'s i may be able to help you but they would be much more helpful due to their experience and well yeah experience.

Welcome to the site, Im Brett, the Blue SRT-4 owner that was drooling over your engine bay for the longest time. Great ride, the purge was pretty awesome.

The Green's I don't believe are the CF ones. I think the Reds are. I forgot where I order those from, I think Howell Automotive. It's been awhile. The engine bay is a mess compared to my standards. But with doing alot of company travel these past several months I've haven't had the time to clean it up. Hopefully the weather stays somewhat hospitable I just might get that cleaned up.

Just an FYI I'm an old geezer.. Well not really that old, but old enough to remember when gas was .30gal. Had plenty of cars under my butt, both domestic and foreign. Been dragging for over 20years, AutoXing on and off for the past 10(current NASA member). Been through the full Skip Barber course(gotta AutoX more I've been really slacking on that the past 2 seasons) at LRP(bday present from the GF). I used to do auto restoration work many moons ago(Year One knew me on a first name basis, I am no Chip Foose I only did showroom resto's, but again I haven't done much in a long time). I also work on computers for a living to pay for all the go-fast goodies. So I bring alot to the table as well.

Just a list of some of the cars I have owned...
1965 Sunbeam Tiger (with the 260 swapped with a 302)
1968 VW Fastback
1968 Yenko Camaro
1970 Plymouth RoadRunner 440+6
1971 Plymouth RoadRunner 340
1971 Mach I
1974 Datsun PL620 ((pickup) with a Buick GN v6 shoehorned in there)
1986 Dodge Omni GLH-S
1991 Dodge Shadow ES Turbo
1995 Dodge Dakota v6 (with a PowerDyne SC)

Again thanks for the warm welcome. Definitely appreciate it.

Greg
