I followed Gary's instruction to setup through outlook and I keep getting this error message

I retried it several times and when I hit the send/recieve button that error message comes up

Hmm.... I got that too. I'll have to look into it. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have some time to figure it out. Till then you'll have to use the webmail. Sorry about that... I should have tested while posting it earlier

Are you trying to setup the SRT4mation email with Outlook and theres a problem setting up the Incoming and Outgoing servers?

Yep. I think the port might not be open and I need to open it. I can't do it now since I'm at work

Talking to tech support right now. Might be a error on their server or our settings

Change the mail server to "srt-4mation.com" instead of "mail.srt-4mation.com"

This works on my machine now. I updated the sticky on how to access
