I think that each section should have stated somewhere who the moderator of it is that way members can pm them if there is a problem in the section.

Every section does in fact show who the moderator is. Just click on any forum and if you proceed to the bottom it will show who is actively viewing that particular forum and who are the moderators. We had it showing before on the whole forum page itself but it cause the page to expand and looked all choppy.
