So ive been smelling gas comming from my exhaust around the cat. Today I go under to install my Mopar exhaust and notice that the cat seems loose. I check the bolts and its bolted on fine. I keep looking around and it seems that the part where the actual cat starts on the pipe seems loose. It wiggles around and my exhaust droops down. Is there a way to tighten this or am i going to have to take it to a muffler shop to weld it? Thanks a lot for your help.

maybe you lost your clamp.....but also ask the mechanic to give it a tig(its like a spot weld)
