i have NO IDEA how to use vbookie

Oh ok......
To create a bet, make a regular post int he vBookie section, at the bottem you'll see an option to make a vBookie bet thingy. Sorta like creating a poll. After you click submit or post or whatever it says, it'll bring you to the vbookie options. The odds work in ratios of 5 to 1, 10 to 1, etc.
To place a bet, goto a post with vBookie or click vBookie at the top, and from there follow the directions. I'll post more detailed instructions on this later. I forgot how it works

yeah, i actually kinda figured out how to use it, now ... but the "odds" part kinda confuses me.
do you figure out the odds, youiself (if so, how so you figure it out)? or does it do it for you?
