I've asked this before but never really got an answer. Where can I resize a picture to make it small enough to be an avatar?

Any good sites for hosting? I've use We-Todd and Glass City SRT's.

VIP-4mation has web hosting and access to picture attachments.

I use iranview to resize pics. its a free program u can download online.

Even Microsoft Photo Editor can resize pics down to the size you like.

Da choice is yurs!!!

Just use MSpaint
Image>Stretch/Skew> then just enter a %

Now, when I rezise a picture in Photo Editor if I want to size it back to the original size it makes it blurry, is that something I can't avoid?

you cant enlarge them and keep quality, because you cant add pixels that dont exist... thats why you can only make them smaller, cause your reducing whats there.
